Mother Earth Lodge

Mother Earth Lodge opened its doors in 1993 to serve American Indian women, with a design structured on the Sacred Fire Lodge model.  The accomplishments of women who have graduated from this program closely reflect the Sacred Fire Lodge graduates, with nearly 65% maintaining sobriety, locating permanent housing and securing employment.  Women often face a complex set of co-factors that challenge their recovery, including initial involvement with hard drugs, reclaiming children in foster care, and overcoming abusive relationships.  This program of cultural recovery and support has provided both men and women with the means to catalyze their own knowledge and ability into truly  healthy lives.
